This policy explains what AyZy ("we"), a business based in Oregon, United States, collects when you use our website and products, including RPLY, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, WhatsApp number and anything you send through our forms.
- Business information: menus, prices, hours and other details you give RPLY so it can answer your customers.
- Customer messages: when RPLY is connected to your WhatsApp Business number, we process the messages your customers send to that number and the replies RPLY sends.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To run our products, including generating replies to your customers.
- To set up your account, contact you and provide support.
- To bill you, if you subscribe to a paid plan.
- To keep our services secure and improve them.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- Meta (WhatsApp): messages travel through the WhatsApp Business Platform, under Meta's terms.
- AI providers: message text is sent to the AI model that writes RPLY's replies. They process it for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Payment processors for billing, and hosting and email providers that run our services.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. Customer conversations are kept for up to 90 days so RPLY can follow the conversation, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer or delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing hello@ayzyco.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe, LGPD in Brazil, NDPA in Nigeria or DPDP in India), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Businesses using RPLY
If you use RPLY for your business, you are responsible for telling your customers that an automated assistant may answer them, and for having the right to message them.
Children
Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. For big changes we will tell you directly.
