These terms are an agreement between you and AyZy ("we"), a business based in Oregon, United States, for using our website and products, including RPLY. By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
RPLY is an automated assistant that answers your business's WhatsApp messages using information you provide. Other AyZy products have their own descriptions on their pages.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in the currency shown at sign-up.
- WhatsApp's own message fees from Meta are passed on at cost.
- Founding member prices stay the same for as long as your subscription stays active.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use our services for spam, scams, illegal goods or services, harassment, or anything that breaks WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Automated replies
RPLY writes replies with AI from the information you give it. It can make mistakes. Keep your information up to date, check its conversations, and do not use it for medical, legal or financial advice. You stay responsible for the offers and promises made to your customers.
6. Your content
You own your business information and your customer conversations. You let us use them only to provide and improve the service for you.
7. Availability
We work to keep our services running at all times but cannot promise they will never be interrupted, including by outages at Meta or our providers.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using our services at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
